An important part of Blueprint OMS is the ability to sell items to patients and generate quotes, orders, invoices, and purchase agreements. The following sections describe the processes for selling batteries, accessories, services, and hearing aids, working with invoices, receiving payments, and allocating payment responsibility to insurance.
