Selling service plans

To sell the patient a service plan and add it to their file:

  1. Sell the patient the service. For step-by-step instructions on how to sell a service, click here.

    1. If you do not see the service there, you may need to create the service.  For instructions on how to do so, click here.

  2. Add the service plan to the patient file using the instructions below:

Adding service plans to patient files

  1. Navigate to the patient's Hearing aids tab.

  2. Right-click on the aid or manufacturer item that the service plan will be added to.

  3. Select Edit details.

  4. Select the Service plan from the drop down menu.

    1. Optionally, adjust the  Service plan expiration date by typing in the date or by using the red calendar icon.

  5. Click Ok.
