Default user roles and privileges



This page applies to any customers who have gone "Live" with Blueprint OMS from November 2021 and moving forward.

There are 4 default roles available in Blueprint OMS. This page lists the default roles and the privileges/reports associated with each role.

Each role automatically inherits "privileges," which control what functionality the user has access to within the software. Each role also automatically inherits "reports," which vary in content from performance metrics to financials.

Limited

No access to COGS privileges.

  2. Audiologist/Specialist/Dispenser

Moderate

No access to COGS privileges.

Contains all privileges/reports of the Office Staff role, in addition to the following privileges:

  • Edit model of active or added devices

  • Edit other users' journal entries

  • Maintain text snippets

  • Delete client audiology status (audiogram)

  • Override availability booking (create an event outside of availability)

And the following reports:

  • Sales Opportunity Pipeline

  • HA Aging

  • Product Mix Analysis

  • Referral Source - Appointments
