How to get started with reminders

Requesting appointment reminders setup

From our website, choose Support → Submit support ticket, then select Enable appointment reminders as the category.

Configuration options will appear, as shown below.

All of the fields must be completed, with the exception of the two Landing page fields, which are optional (see additional details below).

After completing the fields, click SUBMIT TICKET to send the request to our support team.

Optional "Landing" pages

These are optional pages on your website which can be displayed for the patient after they have responded to an email reminder.

For example, the confirmation landing page could say "Thank you for confirming your appointment". That page would be displayed after a patient clicks the "Yes, I'll be there" button in the reminder.
