Online appointment booking allows you to integrate your website and Blueprint OMS schedule. This enables your new or existing patients to book appointments directly from your website. You are able to control available appointment type, provider, and location directly in Blueprint OMS. Patients will only see the available openings that you have created. The appointment will appear automatically on your Blueprint OMS schedule and can also be synced to your mobile phone.

If you have automated appointment reminders enabled, Blueprint OMS will automatically send appointment reminders via email or text. Patients are able to confirm or cancel their appointment with a single click.

Editing online booking settings

All the configuration choices made in the initial setup can be changed later by running the wizard again.

Navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Online booking > make changes > Save

The additional Online booking settings are now enabled for editing in addition to two new buttons: Copy URL and Copy iFrame HTML.

Use Copy URL if you want to direct patients from your website to the Online booking web portal.

Alternatively, if you want to embed the online booking interface in your own website, use Copy iFrame HTML.
