24/7 emergency support

In an effort to better support our clients around the world, we provide 24/7 emergency support for issues with critical business impact.

Our standard support is available 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern time Monday through Thursday and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Fridays.

For support outside of those hours, the following options are now available.

  1. For support with a non-urgent issue, pleases send an email to support@blueprintsolutions.us. This will create a support ticket that will get assigned to a technician. We will respond on the next business day.

  2. For time-sensitive issues, please send an email to urgent@blueprintsolutions.us. This will notify all technicians and create a ticket with urgent priority. We will respond within the first hour of the next business day.

  3. For issues with critical business impact, please call our main number, and when prompted, press “0” to indicate a critical issue. Your call will be answered by our 24/7 answering service, who will page a technician with your contact details and a description of the issue. We will respond within one hour of your call.

PLEASE NOTE: OPTION 3 IS FOR MISSION-CRITICAL ISSUES ONLY, DURING YOUR STANDARD BUSINESS HOURS. This means that your entire organization is unable to perform critical tasks and your company operations are in jeopardy. Please also note that our technicians will not respond to requests of a cosmetic or non-urgent nature outside of our standard support hours.

Recovering Blueprint Desktop Icon (Java Web Start only)

If Java is updated on the computer, there is a chance the Blueprint OMS icon on the desktop will subsequently be removed.

  1. Click on the Start menu located on the bottom left corner of your desktop

  2. Start typing in Configure Java

  3. Click on Configure Java 

  4. In the Java Control Panel click on View...

  5. This will open another window with Blueprint and the BP Link in it

  6. Right click on the item you wish to create a shortcut for and select Install Shortcut

You will only have the BP Link 4.2 if you are integrated with NOAH.

 

Clearing Java - PC

  1. Click on the Start menu located on the bottom left corner of your desktop

  2. Start typing in Configure Java

  3. Click on Configure Java 

  4. In the Java Control Panel, click Settings.

  5. In the Temporary Files Settings dialog box, click Delete Files.

  6. In the Delete Temporary Files dialog box, check all boxes, and click Ok

  7. Click on the Blueprint Launch Link to re-download Blueprint.

Clearing Java - MAC

  1. Open the computer's Control Panel

  2. In the System Preferences, double-click Java

  3. In the Java Control Panel, click Settings.

  4. In the Temporary Files Settings dialog box, click Delete Files.

  5. In the Delete Temporary Files dialog box, check all boxes, and click Ok

  6. Click on the Blueprint Launch Link to re-download Blueprint.

  1. Click on the Start menu located on the bottom left corner of your desktop

  2. Start typing in Control Panel

  3. Click on Control Panel to open 

  4. Click on Programs

  5. Click on Java to open program

  6. Click on View...

  7. This will open another window with Blueprint and the BP Link in it

  8. Right click on the item you wish to create a shortcut for and select Install Shortcut
