PQRS

  1. Certain items allow PQRS codes to be added.  These are denoted with the shield symbol. The insurance company on file for the patient must have the PQRS eligible box checked in order for the shield symbol to become visible for select CPT codes.

  2. Right-click on the item


  3. A pop-up will appear.  Click in the G code column and select the measure.
  4. Click in any of the columns to add a modifier.
  5. Then click Update.
