Opportunity conversions (funnel)
Description
Displays a funnel which includes all appointments during the date range marked as Sales opportunities.
The funnel stages are:
Scheduled opportunities (appointments which were scheduled and flagged as Sales opportunities)
Arrived opportunities (appointments which are assumed to have taken place, as they were not marked cancelled or no-show)
Ordered opportunities (appointments which are followed by a hearing aid order for the patient within 30 days of the appointment)
All hearing aid orders are considered, regardless of whether they were eventually invoiced, or whether the ordered aids were eventually returned or exchanged.
Opportunity closing rate
Description
Displays the percentage of appointments during the date range marked as Sales opportunities which were followed by a hearing aid order for the patient within 30 days of the appointment.

Binaural rate
Description
