Changing the status of an appointment

To change the status of an existing appointment, right
  1. Right-click on the appointment
, then select the desired status from the Change status  sub-menu of the pop-up menu which appears (below).

To move an existing appointment to a different date or time, hover

  3. Select the new status.

Changing the start or end time of an appointment

Editing appointment details

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Double-click an appointment.
    • Right-click an appointment and select Edit details.
  2. In the Edit event details
 dialog box. After updating the appointment, click

  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click Update event to save the changes to the appointment.

Deleting an appointment

  1. Right-
clicking on an appointment and selecting Edit details from the pop-up menu, it has the same effect as double-clicking on the appointment. Under the right-click menu, you also have the ability to delete the current event by selecting Delete event

Changing a repeating appointment

To change

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Double-click an instance of a repeating appointment
, double click, or right click and select Edit details on any instance of the series of repeating appointment. After updating the appointment, click Update event . A confirmation dialog will appear, asking whether you wish to update only the instance being edited (This instance only) or all instances of the event (All instances). Selecting an option and clicking Ok will update the appointment(s) accordingly, and clicking Cancel will
    • .
    • Right-click an instance of a repeating appointment and select Edit details.
  1. In the Edit event details dialog box, update the details.
  2. Click Update event.
  3. In the confirmation dialog box, do one of the following:
    • Select This instance only and click OK to update only the one instance of the appointment being edited. 
    • Select All instances and click OK to update all instances of the appointment.
    • Click Cancel to leave the appointment as is.
