PQRS

1. Certain items allow PQRS codes to be added.  These are denoted with the shield symbol.
   
   
2. Right-click on the item
   
   
   
3. A pop-up will appear.  Click in the G code column and select the measure.
   
4. Click in any of the columns to add a modifier.
   
5. Then click Update.
